Return Window
You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they meet our return conditions outlined below.
Return Conditions
Items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed - Tags must still be attached
- In original condition - No signs of wear, stains, or damage
- Free from any odors (perfume, smoke, etc.)
Please note: Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our premium apparel, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
Items We Cannot Accept for Return
- Personalized or custom items (unless there was a printing error or defect)
- Items with evident wear or washing
- Items damaged by misuse or normal wear
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect due to our error, we will gladly:
- Replace the item at no cost to you
- Cover all return shipping expenses
- Rush your replacement to you as quickly as possible
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving a defective item with photos so we can make it right immediately.
Return Process
- Contact us first: Email us at jesus.peace@munelemin7clothing.com with your order number and reason for return
- Get return authorization: We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number
- Package securely: Use original packaging when possible and include your return authorization number
- Ship the item: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or our error
Return Shipping
- Customer responsibility: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility for standard returns
- Our responsibility: We cover return shipping for defective items or our errors
- We recommend: Using a trackable shipping method for your protection
Refund Timeline
Once we receive your returned item:
- Inspection: 2-3 business days to inspect the returned item
- Processing: 3-5 business days to process your refund
- Bank processing: 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account (depending on your bank)
Exchanges
Due to our made-to-order process, we do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different size or color:
- Return your original item following the process above
- Place a new order for your preferred item
- This ensures fastest delivery of your new item
International Returns
International customers are responsible for:
- Return shipping costs
- Any customs fees or duties associated with the return
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
